FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to health protection and/or individual protective means against bloodsucking flies, and may be used for sleeping respiration training in a mode of moderate hypoxia and hypercapnia with enabled respiratory protection against sleeping undercooling at low air temperature or sleeping face and head protection against mosquito bites with simultaneous effect of respiratory training. The respiratory training device involves a mixing chamber and a filter connecting it with the atmosphere and made of a material of the preset air permeability. The training device is presented in the form of a sac coupled with the user's head. A sac cloth has a lesser air permeability than that of the filter. The filter adjoins an oral-nasal area of the user's face, while the mixing chamber is formed by a part of the internal cavity of the sac between the user's face and the filter.
EFFECT: physical inaccessibility of the attack of bloodsucking flies on sleeping user's head and neck.
