SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of a human being protection against bloodsucking flying insects. Several devices are arranged on the protected area to attract dragonflies. The device comprises a source of light radiation. Selective properties of radiation are determined by parametres of narrowband optical filters. Filter parametres are selected with account of the range of dragonfly eye sensitivity and external factors. External factors are specified by reflection of solar and natural radiation from clouds and earth surface.
EFFECT: invention provides for humans protection without use of chemical substances; provides for ecosystem preservation.
