FIELD: reprocessing of waste water residues. SUBSTANCE: the suggested method deals with condensation of residues up to 85-90% moisture and thermal treatment of residue suspension. The latter is carried out at 3.5-4 MPa pressure at 240-250 C for 1.5-2 min. Moreover, reaction mass should be supplemented with sulfuric acid to reach its concentration in reactor to be 0.5-0.6%. Then alkaline treatment comes up to pH being above 10 and bubbling with oxygenbearing gas at 150-220 C for 60- 90 min at pressure being not less than 2 MPa. The obtained organomineral complex should be divided into liquid phase as the solution of humic substances and insoluble solid residue. The method enables to obtain decreased quantity of unoxidized residue after oxidation operation and decomposition of flocculant. EFFECT: more simplified process of phase division. 2 dwg
