SUBSTANCE: method of producing soil based on sewage sludge is characterized by that sewage sludge and excess sludge are fed into a reactor equipped with a hyperbolic mixer in equal volumes, mixture is stirred with simultaneous supply of antibacterial agent, wherein stirring is carried out for a time sufficient to achieve pH from 12 to 13, after holding the reaction mixture, pH is corrected until reaching pH=7.5–8.5, then a solution of a cationic flocculant is added, the obtained suspension is dehydrated, the dehydrated sediment is used as a soil.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain the target product from non-recycled wastes.
