SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel derivatives of isothiazole carboxylic acid of the formula (I) where R means group -OR¹ or -SR² where R¹ means alkyl with 1-6 carbon atoms substituted once with residues taken among group including halogenalkoxyl with 1-6 carbon atoms and 1-5 halogen atoms, dialkylamino-group with 1-6 carbon atoms in each alkyl moiety, phenylalkoxyl with 1-4 carbon atoms in alkoxyl moiety and pyrrolidinylalkoxyl with 1-4 carbon atoms in alkoxyl moiety and twice with hydroxyl and so on; m and n = 2; R³ means phenyl; R⁴ means alkyl with 1-4 carbon atoms; R² means alkyl with 1-6 carbon atoms; or R² means phenylalkyl with 1-2 carbon atoms in alkyl moiety being phenyl moiety can be substituted with halogen atom. Invention relates also to method of synthesis of derivatives of isothiazole carboxyl acid of the formula (I) by interaction of 3,4-dichloroisothiazol-5-carboxylic acid chloride of the formula (II) with compound of the formula H-R where R is indicated above in the presence of diluting agent if necessary. Invention relates also to agent for plants protection from damage of non-desirable microorganisms and animal pests. Agent comprises at least one derivative of isothiazole carboxylic acid of the formula (I) and at least one filling agent or surface-active substance.
