FIELD: high-pressure shells. SUBSTANCE: proposed high-pressure casing made from composite material is just load-bearing envelope with cylindrical part and bottoms which is lined with protective coat. Envelope is formed by combination of layers of crossing spiral and circular tapes with continuous unidirectional filaments fastened by means of polymer binder. Flanges are mounted in pole holes of bottoms. Spiral tapes are located in combination of layers of cylindrical part on side of lesser pole hole at angle of inclination to its generatrices between 15 and 28 deg. Ratio of smaller and larger diameters of pole holes and cylindrical part ranges from 0.18:0.4 to 0.5: 1. Total height of convexity of bottoms and length of cylindrical part are equal respectively to at least 0.6 of diameter of cylindrical part. EFFECT: enhanced strength characteristics. 3 cl, 2 dwg
