METHOD FOR MANUFACTURE OF WARMED BOOTS Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: shoe industry. SUBSTANCE: boot has felt top part or part adhering to shinbone and provided with rear joint. Top part or shinbone part may be extended. Boot is supplemented with circular layer, with beveled cut extending from said layer. Method involves cutting single top part from roll material; applying form stability improving solution to zones of top part corresponding to boot top, tip and heel parts; providing preliminary extension of front line of top part or shinbone part, with following forming and fixation by means of vibrocassette configured to conform boot profile; cutting layer from rolled felt and connecting rear edges to form rear joint; making beveled cut extending from face so that layer is flush with inner side of top part; applying solution to zones corresponding to tip and heel parts for further forming on press and fixation; connecting felt layer to top part; securing said parts and attaching them to sole. EFFECT: improved quality, provision for obtaining comfortable and warm boots and improved appearance. 6 dwg
