FIELD: footwear manufacturing, fabricating waterproof all-leather upper boots. SUBSTANCE: all-leather upper 4 and lining 3 are cut and closed the latter having bootleg 2 and sole 1. Boot upper 4 is bagged inside out its bootleg 5 being joined to that of lining blank 3 in the edge part of the latter. Fabricating a solid blank for pad 8 is followed by applying a thermoplastic adhesive on the outer face of lining 3 and putting the latter into pad 8. with subsequent heating both the members so as to join them. Fastening members 11, 12 of nonwoven material having a thermoplastic adhesive coating on both their sides are positioned on the inner surface of upper 4 in its cap and heel respectively. Then upper 4 is drafted onto pad 8 with simultaneous bagging face out and joining by the free edge to the insole. Upper 4 is heated for connecting its cap and heel to pad 8 via fastening members 11, 12. Attachment of sole follows. EFFECT: low operation costs, less man-hours per job. 7 dwg
