SUBSTANCE: one should carry out anesthesiological assistance in children with burns at the background of their kept own breathing, introductory narcosis is conducted due to intramuscular injection of ketamine at 3-5 mg/kg and sibazone at 0.2-0.5 mg/kg body weight, as for basis-narcosis it should be supplemented with intramuscular introduction of sodium oxybutyrate at the dosage of 30-60 mg/kg and ketamine at the dosage of 2-3 mg/kg along with sibazone at 0.2-0.3 mg/kg. The present innovation provides adequate anesthesia, stability of both intraoperational and postoperational hemodynamics. Moreover, patients wake up without any psychotic reactions after operation conducted. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 tbl
