One of working surfaces of second member is arranged along handle axis and other working surface is positioned at an angle of 25-30 deg to handle axis. First member is positioned lower than playing plate and handle junction site, in inclined position to its longitudinal axis. Handle shank is positioned lower than said first and second members.
