FIELD: oil and gas industry. SUBSTANCE: gear measuring direction and velocity of ground movement has body, measuring lever with measuring tip on one end protruding from body linked to body with the aid of spherical joint, double coordinate unit reading movement placed inside body and interacting with other end of measuring lever. Measuring tip comes in the form of two mutually perpendicular plates made fast to measuring lever and perpendicular to its axis. Double coordinate unit reading movement includes permanent magnet anchored on measuring lever and two ferrosondes positioned at angle of 90 degrees one relative another and connected to recording unit via magnetic field converters.
