FIELD: processes and devices for measuring residual mounting, technological and operational stresses. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes housing 1 in the form of sleeve 2 with opening 3 and with groove 4; sensitive member mounted in housing 1 and having four elastic plates 5, each plate supports at least one strain gage 9. Each plate 5 has legs for engaging with construction part. Plates 5 are mounted in pairs on mutually opposite sides of supports 11, 13. Support 11 is stationary one and it is in the form of cylinder rigidly secured by its base 15 to inner surface of bottom of housing. In groove 16 of base 15 guides are arranged. Support 13 is movable and it is in the form of rectangular plate placed on guides of stationary support 11. Apparatus includes guiding unit in the form of double-step cylinder 18,19 mounted coaxially relative to housing and having central opening. Cylinder 19 is chamfered and it is mounted in groove of bottom of housing. Cylinder 18 is arranged in central openings of movable and stationary supports and between legs of sensitive member.
