FIELD: check-up devices for research and engineering purposes. SUBSTANCE: proposed device functions to find optimal maintenance intervals and respective downtime ratios including changes in part failure rate in the course of operation and also differentiated registration of time taken for serviceability check of part, for scheduled preventive maintenance, and for post-accident damage-recovery work, are taking into account. Newly introduced in device are five adders, multiplier, multiplying unit, four memory items, integrator, two timers, divider, three delay elements, two flip-flops, OR gate, two comparators, and two switches.
