FIELD: physics; computer engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering, particularly to control devices and can be used in scientific research and engineering, where there is need to determine optimum maintenance periods and duration of maintenance of articles. The device contains five adders, a multiplier unit, non-linearity unit, six memory elements, an integrator, two timers, a divider, five delay units, two flip-flops, OR element, two comparators and five switches.
EFFECT: increase in functional capabilities of the device due to calculation of downtime of an article and time required for carrying out maintenance with optimum frequency of maintenance.
