SUBSTANCE: invention concerns to computer facilities, in particular, to control units. It can be used in scientific examinations and practice of operation for definition of optimum terms of maintenance service of products. The technical effect is reached because into the device is entered: the second block of multiplication, the second block of division and the fourth device of a delay, and also a number of interblock and interelement communications is changed. Advantage of the offered device is that definition of an optimum continuance of service of a product is carried out taking into account the factor of its ageing and time tapped on its maintenance service.
