FIELD: electrical engineering; high-voltage disconnecting switches. SUBSTANCE: disconnecting switch has one or more poles provided with ground blades loosely mounted on their respective holders fixed on ground-blade shafts; fixed contacts whose current-carrying systems are secured on support insulators mounted on top of and below disconnecting switch base which are made in the form of thin-wall angle pieces with clearance between parallel walls arranged symmetrically to axial plane of pole and turned to external sides in parallel to base with other walls carrying contact leads of disconnecting switch; movable contacts (disconnecting-switch blades) disposed inside hollow rotary bushing insulators secured on disconnecting-switch base shaft. Shafts of ground blades, at least one of them, are hinged to disconnecting-switch base between support insulator of disconnecting-switch fixed contact and hollow rotary bushing insulator of disconnecting-switch movable contact or blade; one or more thin-wall current-carrying straps operating in parallel with angle pieces are installed in addition at each of two parallel walls of thin-wall angle pieces of fixed contacts on their external side. EFFECT: reduced size of disconnecting switch in off-position of ground blades. 5 cl, 3 dwg
