FIELD: storage of grain with the use of ozone-air mixture. SUBSTANCE: method involves cleaning grain mixture from contaminants and blowing with gaseous component, such as ozone-air mixture having temperature below grain temperature by 5-7 C until grain is saturated with ozone; repeating process upon ending of fungicide action of ozone.
