FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method to dry grain materials includes two serial stages with continuous feed of material on them in a dense layer in a downright manner, at the same time at the first stage the material is mixed in the layer and blown with a high-temperature coolant, at the second stage the heated material in the layer is also mixed and blown with a non-heated ozonised air with its subsequent heating up to the temperature that provides for thermal decay of residual ozone and using high-temperature coolant at the first stage of drying.
EFFECT: invention increases intensity and evenness of drying at the second stage, reduces specific power inputs for drying, improves quality of grain material, ensures safety of service personnel and environmental condition.
