FIELD: medicine, laboratory diagnostics. SUBSTANCE: one should apply standard intensity curvatures at phantom measurements for mostly often observed thickness of an organ and its covering tissue layers. One should focus collimators of stimulating radiation into certain point of body surface to obtain curvature of intensity measurement for characteristic radiation depending upon "detector - body point" distance. One should choose standard phantom curvature being the nearest by its shape to that obtained from either organ or tissue under testing. The content of unknown element is calculated as quotient as a result of dividing radiation intensity in curvature's peak of an object under testing for that obtained in phantom measurements in case of curvatures similarity multiplied for the content of desired element in phantoms used to obtain calibration curvatures. EFFECT: higher efficiency and accuracy of detection. 2 dwg
