FIELD: radiation technology. SUBSTANCE: procedure consists in exposure of object to any radiation, in determination of intensity of radiation incident on object and passed through object. More than one exposure to radiation of any type is carried out along straight line, system of equations concerning thickness of layers is set up and as result thickness of each layer is found. EFFECT: widened application field.
