FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has plate with threaded holes for receiving diaphyseal screws which axes are in perpendicular relation to plate surface and with bearing protrusion arranged over longitudinal plate boundaries. Holes without thread are also available in the plate. Each of the openings is equidistant from the preceding and following opening. Threaded openings axes are arranged so that the inlet and outlet part of the openings are unequally distant from the central longitudinal plate axis.
