FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has plate having cylindrically threaded holes and cylindrically threaded screws of variable diameter along the length. External diameter of the cylindrical thread arranged close to screw end is less than cylindrical thread of the screw in the portion matching cylindrical thread of the plate. A transition part is available between the screw portions bearing cylindrical threads, its external thread diameters vary between the magnitudes of the external thread diameters of cylindrical screw parts. Thread protrusions of thread on one segment find their smooth continuation in becoming thread protrusions of the other threaded segment. Thread pitch in transition segment is equal to those on adjacent segments and to those of plate holes.
EFFECT: high reliability of osteosynthesis; reduced risk of traumatic complications.
