SUBSTANCE: method involves applying concurrently intravenous blood irradiation with helium-neon laser having 10 mW power during 10-15 min at a dose of 6-9 J and musculus gastrocnemis region and dorsal foot surface irradiation with gallium arsenide infrared semiconductor laser emitting 5 mW power at a dose of 4.5 J during 15 min. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
