FIELD: power engineering; chemical technologies; mechanical engineering; farming. SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes intake chamber with platform 2, container 1 for transporting agent, adapter chamber 17, housing 12 of intermediate adapter zone, sealing members, gas supply system for delivery of gas to transient zone, telescopic power drives of lower zone 4 and upper zone 18, lower movable sleeve 8 connected with power drive of lower zone of sluice box, drive of rod 23 for gripping adapter chamber 17, pushers 6 for return of container from zone of intake chamber; power drives of lower zone 4 and upper zone 18, as well as housing 12 of intermediate zone and external high-pressure housing 25 are located on common vertical axle; movable adapter chamber 17 is connected with power drive of upper zone of sluice box. Sealing members are made in form of cylindrical insert 14 with the use of hydrodynamic and/or magnetohydrodynamic seal; insert 14 is provided with circular collector 20, passages of labyrinth sealing and lower collector 15 for accumulating leakage of sealing fluid and returning it upper collector, thus forming recirculation.
