SUBSTANCE: steam-generating boiler designed for burning gas fuel, for entrapping all combustion products such as liquefied carbon dioxide, and for producing liquefied carbon dioxide as commercial product eliminating its emission into atmosphere thereby preventing greenhouse effect has casing with inlet water-feed header, heat exchangers, and outlet steam pipe; heat exchangers are made in the form of heat-transfer panels with adjacent capillary channels for gas fuel and oxidant, and also for water and outlet steam. Heat-transfer panels and gas-fuel combustion zones separating them are disposed in hermetically sealed casing held at pressure sufficient for liquefying fuel combustion products.
