SUBSTANCE: non-explosive destroying composition contains ground calcium oxide from roasted limestone and gypsum that is supplemented with calcium chloride, aluminum chloride and denaturated ethanol with following proportion of components, per cent by mass: calcium chloride 0.7-7.8; aluminum chloride 0.5-4.5; denaturated ethanol 1.0-13.0; calcium oxide from roasted limestone and gypsum being the balance.
