FIELD: destructive materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of non-explosive destructive materials for use in industrial mining of natural stone, excavation of underground workings in mines, construction of pits, excavation of workings in the construction of subways and can be used in industrial and civil construction and reconstruction, in mine construction, for breaking and safe destruction of monolithic concrete, reinforced concrete, brick and other objects, at mining enterprises. The non-explosive destructive composition includes components in the following ratio, wt.%: polycarboxylate 0.1-0.3, monobasic Lewis acid 0.2-1.6, calcium chloride 1.3-1.6, soda ash 1.5 and finely ground calcium oxide of 96% concentration, obtained from a mixture of burnt limestone and gypsum, taken in a ratio of 1:1 - 1:0.8, the rest.
EFFECT: increase in the hydration temperature, increase in the expansion pressure of the non-explosive destructive composition and the rate of its acceleration in order to destroy rock and other monolithic materials by increasing the self-stress of the non-explosive destructive composition (NDC), when carrying out all-season work on breaking and destruction of monolithic objects, in the temperature range from +5 to -18°C, as well as reducing the negative impact of the composition on the health of the worker.
