FIELD: production of block rubbles, and construction and breakage of concrete, reinforced concrete and other objects, driving of working and chambers, both, in underground and opencast mining with use of non-explosive expanding compositions in hydration of calcium oxide and additives. SUBSTANCE: non-explosive breaking composition includes saccharose, calcium oxide, 96% ground calcium oxide produced by roasting of limestone and gypsum, and additionally potassium carbonate, ammonium hydroxide and modernized technical lignosulfonate, with the following amounts of components, wt%: potassium carbonate 3.0-12.0; ammonium hydroxide 1.0-14.2; saccharose 0.2-0.52; said lignosulfonate 0.25-0.35; the balance, said calcium oxide. EFFECT: higher efficiency of breakage and splitting of monolithic objects due to increased rate of hydration and expanding pressure up to required parameters under various meteorological conditions. 1 dwg, 2 tbl
