FIELD: fertilizers. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method for preparing and composition of granulated mineral fertilizers based on ammonium nitrate in envelopes made of humic preparations. Humatized granulated fertilizer comprises granulated ammonium nitrate and alkaline metal humate in the following ratio of components, wt.-%: granulated ammonium nitrate, 97.0-99.9; alkaline metal humate, 0.1-3.0. For dissolving humates ammonium nitrate aqueous solution with humate concentration in solution from 15 to 75 wt. -% but preferably from 50 to 70 wt.-% is used and prepared solution of alkaline metal humates is applied on ammonium nitrate granules by spraying method followed by drying of humatized ammonium nitrate granules.
