FIELD: equipment for coke production, specifically, gears for hydraulic unloading of coke from reactors of retarded carbonization installations. SUBSTANCE: hydraulic cutter includes body housing cutting and drilling nozzles, switching-over device which cuts in immobile and rotary control valves, toothed sector fixed on the latter and interacting with gear put on stepped shaft located in body of hydraulic cutter. Toothed sector fixed on rotary control valve is spring-loaded and butt of stepped shaft is ground to body of hydraulic cutter. Gear wheel is positioned above toothed sector. EFFECT: increased functional reliability of switching-over device, stabilized process of hydraulic cutting. 2 dwg
