FIELD: coke production. SUBSTANCE: hydraulic cutter comprises a casing with cutting and drilling nozzles, and a switchover device in the form of a revolving valve, stationary valve and disc. The latter has central and peripheral holes. The stationary valve is installed on the revolving valve whose central and peripheral holes communicate with each other through channels. A flexible member is disposed between the casing and disc. EFFECT: reduced operating expenses due to elimination of time losses for stopping and starting the high pressure feed pump and losses of electric power for idle operation of said pump when a bypass line is used. 1 dwg
