FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: proposed apparatus comprises mechanisms of rotation and displacement of drill rod (2), upper end of which is fixed at swivel (14), linked with high-pressure water supply system (16). At lower end of rod (2) there is hydraulic cutter (3) equipped with shell (6) enclosing rod (2) to form an annular clearance. Shell (6), internal diameter of which is larger than that of hydraulic cutter (3), is connected with steam-jet apparatus (8), equipped with steam feed lines (9) and vapour-gas mixture discharge lines (10), connected with line for coke steaming and cooling products (11) from delayed coking reactor (1), connected to a unit for collection of hazardous emissions.
EFFECT: invention enables to avoid carryover of aerosol in form of coke particles and other hydrocarbon compounds into atmosphere.
