SUBSTANCE: in correspondence with invention members of forms are manufactured at site of erection of object. Plant includes control desk, aggregates to foam starting polymer material and to form structural members of permanent plastic forms of specified form and dimensions from it. Aggregates include unit of preliminary foaming of starting polymer material fitted with preliminary foaming facility with loading hopper and outlet window. Formation unit is equipped with pressure water pipe-line, vacuum pump, forming modules, moulds to form members of forms. Lower part of each mould is connected to vacuum pump. Plant includes drying unit with drying hoppers, each hopper being provided with inlet window in upper part and outlet window in lower part, is fitted with material feeding lines connecting its inlet window with outlet window of unit of preliminary foaming and its outlet window with mould of at least one forming module. Compressor is connected by air conduit to unit of preliminary foaming, drying hoppers and moulds of forming modules. Steam generator is linked by steam conduit to unit of preliminary foaming and moulds of forming modules. Plant is positioned in one or several containers for easy transportation.
