FIELD: methods of density control of grounting mortars and flushing fluids during their preparation in jet-type hydraulic mixers in drilling of oil and gas wells. SUBSTANCE: method of density control of grouting mortars and flushing fluids in jet hydraulic mixer provides for filling into mixer of dry powdery material with maintenance of its constant level and mixing of said dry material with supplied mixing fluid at constant pressure and flow rate; transferring of ready mixture by hydraulic elevator to overaging vessel. Supplied simultaneously with mixing fluid to hydraulic mixer from averaging vessel is mixture with density below rated one. In this case, mixture may be supplied, both, by force and by ejection as well. Method is embodied by means of device including jet-type hydraulic mixer having receiving and mixing chambers. Nozzle is installed for regulation of gap in ejector flow area. Nipple serves for fluid supply through ejector. Averaging vessel is communicated by means of hydraulic elevator with hydraulic mixer chamber. Recirculation line has cock and made for possible joint with unit ensuring selection of mixture with density below rated one from averaging vessel. With closed cock, unit supplies mixture of low density through recirculation line and nozzle to hydraulic mixer. Technical result of claimed invention consists in increased quality of produced grounting mortar or flushing fluid due to higher efficiency of mixing of liquid and solid phases, wide variation range of mixture density in course of its preparation and reduced variation of mixture density during its preparation.
