FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves supply of loose material to a hydraulic jet mixer connected through a material line to a charging capacity, and its mixing with gauged water supplied under pressure. Loose material is supplied due to pressure difference in the charging capacity and in a receiving vacuum chamber of the hydraulic jet mixer at stable controlled flow rate of the same material by maintaining its stable level in the charging capacity. The change of the loose material flow rate is performed by adjustment of submersion depth of the material line end for loose material level in compliance with technical regulations of the solution preparation process. Fluidised state of loose material is maintained in the charging capacity.
EFFECT: improving quality of drilling solutions and grouting mortars.
