FIELD: oil production industry, particularly cementing equipment for borehole cementing.

SUBSTANCE: system includes sensors installed on independent movable units having pipeline assemblies including receiving and pressure pipes and comprises mixing and cementing apparatuses, cement surge tank, control and monitoring station and distribution manifold. The system is integral with control and monitoring station having feedback and including sensors and measurement instrumentation installed in each system apparatus and in measuring block arranged at borehole outlet. Grouting mortar production plant comprises sifting device, disintegrator pump and minor cement surge tank with two mixers arranged inside it. Universal pump plant is provided with dispersion manifold connected with independent power-generating set and with plunger pump though pump pipeline. The universal pump plant also has measuring tank, water-supplying unit and booster pump. Movable two-volume pump unit comprises distribution manifold, two pressure pipelines connected one to another by cementing head, additional connection pipes for reserve plants attachment and two independent pump pipelines. Cement surge plant comprises major cement surge tank with perforated pipeline located along inner tank perimeter and recirculation pump. Control and monitoring station has computer equipment to process signals received from sensors in real time and to generate text and graphic data concerning cementing process.

EFFECT: increased cementing process control efficiency, increased quality of grouting mortar production.
