FIELD: devices for tight shutoff of wellhead of drilled well. SUBSTANCE: blowout leading device has sealing unit containing rubber members. Sealing unit is located between upper stop made on external branch pipe and lower stop made on central branch pipe. Rubber members are located on central branch pipe which is made of drill pipe. External branch pipe is made from casing. Central branch pipe is installed for possible lifting through some height for sealing wellhead. Branch pipe with branch is made for screwing on coupling of surface casing string or intermediate casing string. In all cases of detection of symptoms of gas-oil-water show, device leading blowout is installed on wellhead and is connected with drilling tool found in well by means of central branch pipe. Wellhead is sealed by lifting of central branch pipe through some height. EFFECT: provided reliable sealing of wellhead and well control in course of performance of process operations in elimination of oil-gas-water shows. 1 dwg
