FIELD: drilling and oil production equipment, particularly oil and gas well head sealing.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises ram preventer with upper flange and central through conical channel adapted for pipe receiving and provided with conical seat arranged in upper part thereof. Replaceable plugging means comprises body and base, as well as sealing member arranged in-between. The sealing member is shaped as truncated cone and cooperates with conical seat. The replaceable plugging means may be split along diametrical plane and consists of two halves hinged one to another. Each half of body and base of replaceable plugging means and sealing member are connected one to another by screw connection means provided with tightening nut. Extensions and depressions are formed on joint surfaces so that extensions and depressions are interengaged in working position. Fixing unit adapted to secure replaceable plugging means is made as faceplate with centering ring connected to upper preventer flange by pins. At least two pins have additional part extending over upper faceplate end. Longitudinal axes of main and additional parts are offset one relative another. The faceplate has screw supports cooperating with replaceable plugging means body and groove extending from central orifice to outer surface thereof. The groove has width exceeding pipe diameter.
