FIELD: mining industry, particularly, devices for monitoring the state of bolted marginal rock mass. SUBSTANCE: device includes flexible hanger fastened to reference mark at drill-hole bottom in rock mass. Drill-hole mouth is secured by guide whose end face protrudes into mine working through which flexible hanger passes whose free end is secured in working to reference indicator with color strips on external surface. Reference indicator is concentrically embraced by monitoring indicator whose end is located in guide and connected by means of flexible hanger to monitoring mark installed on bolting horizon. External surface of monitoring indicator has color strips and line marking. Reference indicator is also provided with line marking. Reference indicator is also provided with line marking. Indicators are installed for motion of monitoring indicator relative to reference indicator and guide. Color strips of monitoring and reference indicators may be made of light-reflecting material. For monitoring of distribution in depth of maximums of separation into layers, installed in intervals between reference and monitoring marks and guide in drill-hole may be intermediate indicators fixed to hangers for reading their relative displacement. Mark may be made in form of sleeve with flexible tongues to whose cross lines, end of flexible hanger is secured, or it may consist of ring spring wound coaxially with drill-hole axis, and spring ends are bent in axial plane at acute angle to drill-hole walls and resting on them.
