FIELD: fodders, animal husbandry, poultry farming. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of fodders. Fodder concentrate comprises the following components, wt.-%: source of free essential amino acid as measured for pure amino acids, 0.2-25.0; lipids, 3.0-71.0 and filling agent, the balance. For preparing feed fodder mixtures are enriched with the above indicated concentrate in the following ratio of dry components, wt.-%: fodder concentrate, 2.0- 45.0; feed mixture, the balance. The developed product is used for effective enrichment of feeds by both energy and free essential amino acids, proteins, unsaturated fatty acids and mineral elements of nutrition. Invention allows to economize up to 16.4% of protein and up to 20% of grain. Invention is designated for feeds production. EFFECT: enhanced quality of fodder. 1 tbl, 1 ex
