FIELD: medicine, ophthalmology. SUBSTANCE: one should carry out incision of conjunctiva and Tenon's capsule. Scleral fragments are formed. Fragments are separated including the site of tendon' fixation for one third of thickness and for width equal to tendons of oculomotor muscles. After enucleation one should apply implant out of dura mater being of spheroidal shape and flattened frontal surface into Tenon's capsule. Near equator implant has got incisions in projection of oculomotor muscles, moreover the length of incisions corresponds to the width of oculomotor muscles. They are directed under incisions together with separated scleral fragments to be in pairs sutured together by developing duplicature of fragments above implant. The method in question enables to exclude the shift of implants, excessive muscular tension, stump's necrosis and increase motor functions of stump, as well. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 ex
