FIELD: inorganic chemistry, particularly, manufacture of material which is inorganic component of human being's osseous and dental tissues. SUBSTANCE: inorganic material may find application in production of filling materials, prostheses and such cosmetics as powders, tones, deodorants, etc. . New process prescribes solid-phase synthesis of starting admixture including oxygen-containing compounds of calcium (Ca) and phosphorus (P). Starting admixture must be taken with certain deviation from stoichiometric composition (1,670 ≅ Ca/P≅ 1,700). Thus prepared material is to be washed in distilled water. Process for manufacture of said inorganic material prescribes using such reagents as CaO, CaCO3 and calcium or ammonium phosphates including Ca2P2O7, CaHPO4·2H2O, CaHPO4, Ca(H2PO4)2, Ca3(PO4)2,Ca(H2PO4)2·H2O , (NH4)3PO4, (NH4)2HPO4, (NH4)H2PO4.
