FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has dielectric body with seal and holder designed as a rod having external lateral surface concave relative to its central axis. The device has electric stimulator unit having two rings with conic external lateral surface mounted on the device body. Device shape repeats that of locking apparatus providing sealing of the anal canal and improving electric stimulation condition. Autonomous power supply source like accumulator unit, impulse oscillator having control circuit and switch are mounted inside of the device body. The holder is removably mounted on the device body. The accumulator unit is detachably connected to the impulse oscillator. Detachable connections are usable for charging accumulator unit and replacing broken power supply source.
