FIELD: metal working. SUBSTANCE: cutting tool includes body with opening and seat restricted by means of flat base and arc-shaped supporting wall; cutting tip on edges of which arc shaped supporting surface is arranged; and stem whose tail portion is placed in opening of body and whose head is arranged in opening of cutting tip. In order to enlarge using range, cutting tip and head of stem are provided with round openings in cross section normal relative to their axis. Centers of openings of cutting tip and of stem head are shifted relative to center of arc-shaped supporting wall of body seat and relative to center of arc-shaped supporting surface of cutting tip. Face of cutting tip is in the form of two arc-shaped surfaces or one arc-shaped surface and one flat surface.
