SUBSTANCE: cutting tip includes supporting wall designed for engaging with supporting wall of tool body and rectilinear riffles inclined relative to said supporting wall or arc-shaped riffles arranged eccentrically relative to said supporting arc-shaped wall. In order to enhance accuracy of making cutting tip and tool seat said riffles are arranged in top portion of cutting tip and they are designed for engaging with console part of tool body.
