FIELD: metal working, built-up cutting tools.

SUBSTANCE: tool includes body with seat in which cutting tip is mounted on movable or rotary member with pin. Cutting tip is secured by means of groove or protrusion of said member and respectively by means of protrusion or groove of body inclined relative to supporting wall of body or arranged eccentrically relative to it. In order to lower labor consumption at using tool distance values between groove or protrusion of movable or rotary member and its end and end of body seat are shortened to side of cutting blade. After tightening all parts, distance between groove or protrusion of movable or rotary member and its end is less than distance between said groove or protrusion and end of body seat.

EFFECT: improved design of tool.
