SUBSTANCE: cutting tip includes base and one or more supporting lateral surfaces for mounting it in seat of body. In order to improve reliability of mounting cutting tool with self-clamping fastening mechanism in seat of body, said lateral supporting surfaces are provided with supporting lands. Said lands are inclined relative to base in such a way that apex of their inclination angle is arranged at side of motion of cutting tip to be clamped.

EFFECT: improved reliability of cutting tip mounting.
