FIELD: space engineering; designing and operating transport spacecraft. SUBSTANCE: proposed on-board complex includes propellant compartment provided with external heat insulation and connected to hermetic cargo compartment on side of bottom and skeleton with fuel and oxidizer tanks secured on it; said fuel and oxidizer tanks are provided with respective pipe lines, fittings and pressurizing bottles; complex is also provided with water reservoirs secured on skeleton and made in form of two cone-shaped shells fastened together over larger base by means of frame; water reservoirs are located on side of hermetic cargo compartment in radiation cavity formed between skeleton, fuel compartment case and bottom of hermetic cargo compartment. Heat exchanger of temperature control system mounted on bottom of hermetic cargo compartment ensures thermal contact; surfaces of reservoirs and structural members forming said radiation cavity are provided with thermal control coat.
