FIELD: polymer materials. SUBSTANCE: invention provides monophase polyol mixture containing 20-65 wt % of 1st-type polyol having number-average molecular weight higher than 800, hydroxyl number less than 200 mg KOH/g, and ethylene oxide content less than 75 wt %; and 35-80 wt % of 2nd-type polyol with number-average molecular weight less than 1000, hydroxyl number more than 300 mg KOH/g, and amine content (calculated for N) at least 0.2 wt %. This mixture with catalysts, cross-linking and foaming agents as well as other adjuvants forms composition, which interacts with polyisocyanate component to produce insulation-appropriate polyurethane foam, which shows satisfactory heat resistance and softening temperature 120 C or higher.
