FIELD: polymer materials. SUBSTANCE: preparation of material includes following steps: mixing aqueous dispersion of polytetrafluoroethylene with aqueous dispersion of fluorocarbon polymer capable of being processed in molten state, taken in amount 2 to 10 vol %, with, added to them, mineral filling material in the form of individual particles in amount 10 to 30 vol % and 0.5 to 5 vol % of ceramic material in the form of individual particles; common coagulation of polytetrafluoroethylene and fluorocarbon polymer; removing excess water; at least partial drying of wet material obtained after common coagulation to form at least partially dried powder material; distributing particles of this at least partially dried powder material over support surface to form layer of material for bearings; pressing this layer; drying pressed layer to remove residual liquid; and sintering dried pressed layer at temperature superior to melting point of polytetrafluoroethylene component.
